Pasted text and a short table can ride along with the job. A spreadsheet, PDF, or photo attached in the chat does not. The connector cannot hand those bytes to the machine.
When the job needs the original file, the agent replies with one link on z-claw.zooly.ai. BizDev opens it, chooses the file, and presses Send. The page then says it was sent. He goes back to the same chat.
The link is only for that job, and only for about ten minutes. One file is kept. Sending another does not replace it. If the link expires before he sends, he asks in the chat and the agent gives him a new one.
The file goes straight to S3. The machine reads it from there. A file over 20 MB is refused.
The agent answers in the same chat with the headline numbers and one link on z-claw.zooly.ai. BizDev opens the link for the chart. The page is the snapshot from the moment he asked. A refresh does not run the queries again. A new question gets a new page.
The link lasts about four days, so he can reopen or forward it. After that, the page is gone and he asks again.
A debug reply in Slack uses the same kind of link. The message in Slack stays in everyday words. The page is the technical write-up for the developers.
