The dashboard home screen, its quick links, and the router chat

What you see

Welcome is the first screen after sign-in. It greets the person by first name and asks what they want to do. Under that line are quick links:

  • everyone: Personalize, Test, Share
  • a brand also gets Launch campaign
  • an agency also gets Add your roster and Launch campaign

Those buttons are only links. A click opens the matching screen. It does not type a sentence into the chat. Personalize my agent opens the Personalize screen. It used to send "I want to personalize my agent" into this chat. That is gone.

The text box starts in the center, under the greeting. After the first message it drops to the bottom and the thread sits above it. The greeting and the quick links paint immediately. The room loads behind them.

Two chats, two rooms

Welcome and Personalize used to be the same chat, on the personalize room. A question on Welcome could teach the agent and show Memory created.

They are separate now.

A talent, a brand, and an agency share one router. The chips on screen still depend on the account. The chat does not. A talent can type "how do I add a roster?" and get the Add link, even with no roster chip on the page. Merch works the same way, including merch history, which is not in the agent menu.

What a typed question does

The click path never calls the model. The typed path does. The picker does not look for one stored question. It matches the message to a Sys-FAQ entry, such as Profile & settings or Your Z Link. "Where can I update my infos?" and "How do I set my profile image?" can both land on Profile & settings. routerAG then writes the sentence and puts the link on that name.

If nothing in the Sys-FAQ matches, routerAG still answers from the About-FAQ, or in its own words, and it still does not save a fact about the person.

When a screen is added or renamed, the Sys-FAQ is rebuilt with the update-sys-faq skill. That skill does not run inside this chat.
