Zooly Website

The public zooly.ai website and landing pages

Overview

zooly-website is the public marketing site: the home page, the agent landing pages, PhotoBomb, Backstage, Talent, Merch, Contact, and the legal pages. It moved here from the old zooly project so a visit to zooly.ai and the onboarding that follows on app.zooly.ai are tracked as one journey.

Url: https://zooly.ai

It is deployed on its own, separate from zooly-app.

App Details

  • App Name: zooly-website
  • Location: apps/zooly-website
  • Framework: Next.js 16
  • Port: 3005 (development)
  • Pages package: @zooly/website-client (packages/website/client)

The app only holds routes, page titles and descriptions, the sitemap, and robots. Every page is a component from the package.

Ask Z voice

The waves button on the home page, the LA Tech Week page, PhotoBomb, and Personalized Merch opens a live voice chat with Z. Typing a question in the same box still works when voice is off.

Voice chat on the website is capped at $10 a day. Once that is spent, the waves button is hidden for the rest of the day and comes back the next day.

Session replay

A visit to zooly.ai is recorded in PostHog the same way a visit to the app is. That includes the home page, the LA Tech Week page, PhotoBomb, Personalized Merch, and the other public pages. The recording shows the page as the visitor saw it. Passwords and one-time codes in the address bar are left out. Nothing is recorded until the website has the same PostHog project token as the app.

Journey tracking

The website has no database. Its events go to the app's journey endpoint with source website, using the same session id the app uses. See Journey Events.

The old zooly deployment

Some things still live in the old zooly project, and the website forwards them there:

  • Any path the website does not have (PhotoBomb events, Backstage rooms, the talent dashboard, old API routes)
  • The contact form, which posts to the old contact API
  • FAQ, Ambassadors, BIPA, Talent Terms, and the mobile-app legal pages, whose text comes from the old website CMS
