@zooly/social-apify is not used. Nothing in the product calls it.
Onboarding reads a profile link or an @handle through Social Bright Data. Bright Data is cheaper. The account is on the free plan, 5,000 profiles a month. When that allowance runs out or scrapes start failing, create a Bright Data subscription. Paid records are $1.50 per 1,000.
The package is still in the repo so the shared Social Lookup shape has a second vendor. Do not wire a new caller to it.
